All of the above, and more, are available to home and business users. Our support is split into on-site, off-site and remote, for which more details follow.
On-site support
Our on-site support can be a pay as you go or contracted service that is carried out at your premises by one of our experienced and friendly support engineers.
On-site support covers, but is not limited to, computer repair, laptop repair, general troubleshooting, computer setup, software installation, network setup, broadband installation, wireless networking and support for printers and other peripherals.
Our on-site support has a straight forward and clear price of £30 per hour (no call out or mileage fees) and there are no hidden charges. If parts are required, they are charged extra. A discount can be applied for contracted support/bulk site visits which are booked in advance.
Our on-site support is also covered by our No Fix No Fee policy which means if we are unable to resolve your problem, we don't charge you!
Working to a tight schedule, we aim to be onsite the same or next working day to support you. We understand that people work during the day Monday to Friday which is why we make many of our visits out of normal working hours including Saturdays.
On-site support is available Monday – Saturday (8am – 10pm)
Off-site support
Our off-site support service is usually used for jobs that are going to take a longer period of time to resolve, for example, a complete system recovery/rebuild, data recovery or a computer health check.
When our off-site support service is required, we can either collect your hardware or, alternatively you can deliver your hardware to our office (by appointment).
Off-site support with the exception of a computer health check and data recovery is charged at our standard rate of £30 per hour.
A computer health check and data recovery is charged at £50 per machine.
Remote Support
Our Remote Support service enables us to connect to, and take control of, your computer through the internet. Once we are connected, our technician will be able to help you resolve problems easily and quickly, direct from our office without having to come to your home or office.
Remote Support is ideal if you are experiencing problems with your computer, email or software, although your computer must be functional enough to be able to access the internet.
There are limitations to Remote Support and in some cases it is necessary to book an appointment for a technician to come and take a look at the problem on site.
